Where do all the big names link to?
We’re only listing words from the dictionary on TBWP, but a lot of big brand names are words that are part of the dictionary. Here are some of the big brand names that have been snapped up.
1. Ford - a place where a river or other body of water is shallow enough to be crossed by wading
2. Canon - the body of ecclesiastical law
3. Sky - the region of the clouds or the upper air
4. Virgin - a female animal that has never copulated
5. Honda - an eye at one end of a lariat through which the other end is passed to form a lasso
